recording events

If you want to record an event you're leading, make sure to:

1. Click the Record Event checkbox when you're Adding the Event and setting the time, date etc.

2. When the event is over, the last presenter to leave it must choose Yes when prompted to Save the Recording. You can remove/delete the recording later if you want to but you can't save it later, so make sure to do it at the end of the session!

If you're looking for a past event to playback and go to Public Recordings, note that you'll open the list of events 20 on a page at a time. So if you don't see the event you're looking for you may need to go to page 2 or 4 or 5...
Or you can change the "show per page" number from 20 to 200 which will put everything on just a couple of pages.

insert URL

If you want to open a website in the centra window the easiest way to do it is to Insert a URL. You could application share as well, but if you insert a URL the webpage will open right in the main centra window instead of another window and you open it by clicking on the inserted URL agenda item.

Centra voice option for leaders

When you go in to Lead or CoPresent a session, there are menu items that can be helpful, including Voice Options. From Tools, Voice Options you can set the number of concurrent speakers AND disable voice activation if appropriate.
