You'll need a computer running Win 2000 or XP, because Centra 7.5 won't work with Win 98! Kick a co-worker off their machine to use it if need be. Or upgrade...

Attn Leaders! There is a new autosort feature, where you can sort by participants' raised hand, microphone, checkmark or name when leading a centra session. The default appears to be to sort by hand. If you choose to sort by name it shouldn't move people around, anyway. The down triangle that indicates which column is sorted by is a toggle, so click it toggle it off if you don't want it to sort at all.

It's true. We've upgraded to Centra 7.5

When exiting out of a recorded session, each presenter and the leader will see a window asking if they'd like to:
a)Prompt the last one to leave to Publish the recording
b)Publish the Recording
or
c)Not publish the recording
Choose to Prompt. That was the default in prior versions.
