        <![CDATA[<p>The following are the 2008 award documents for the annual awards banquet.&nbsp; We asked that you return these to the office no later than July 10&nbsp;so that we can schedule our award interviews and begin preparation for awards.&nbsp; <strong>These are for those members that completed recordbooks ONLY!</strong></p>
<p>Here is the information concerning the individual awards -</p>
<p><b>2008 Van Zandt County 4-H- Awards Application Information</p>
<p>1. Must have submitted a Recordbook for the 2007-2008 4-H Year.</p>
<p>2. Completed and submitted application for appropriate award category by July 10, 2008.</p>
<p>3. Everyone will go through an interview process (Rookie thru Gold Star Award) regardless of having competition or not.</p>
<p>4. Interview - Will be announced at a later date. - interview times will vary. Please call with most available time. We are shooting for AM interviews. </p><i>
<p align="center">If these times are not conducive for your schedule, please let us know...we will accommodate to the best of our ability.</p>

        <![CDATA[<h3 id="a001414"><font style="FONT-SIZE: 0.8em" size="2">Farm Service Agency (FSA) makes operating loans to individual rural youths to finance income-producing, agriculture-related projects of modest size in connection with their participation in 4-H clubs, Future Farmers of America, and similar organizations.</font></h3>
<p>Each project must be part of an organized and supervised program of work. The project must be planned and operated with the help of the organization advisor, produce sufficient income to repay the loan, and provide the youth with practical business and educational experience in agriculture-related skills.</p>
