2009 Northeast Texas Gardening Guide & Calendar

The 2009 Northeast Texas Gardening Guide and Calendar is now available for area gardeners.  Written by the Smith County Master Gardeners, a volunteer organization of Texas Cooperative Extension, the calendar provides a wealth of information for the Northeast Texas region. 

2009 coversm.jpgThe Guide lists a month-by-month "to-do" list on plant care; bed preparation; pest, disease and weed control, bulbs of the month, and monthly mini-articles on topical subjects. The gardening guide also features information on beneficial insects, plants in the Northeast Texas Winner's Circle, and vegetable gardening
