SPECTRA 2009 - Held at the 4-H Conference Center, this workshop offers 4-H members the opportunity to learn more about projects of their choice. This is an excellent training opportunity for those who work primarily with 4-H and would like to learn more about certain projects so that these projects can be encouraged at the county and club level. Volunteers will serve as chaperones and assist as needed with program.
