Hey guys! Today is an important day. Please make sure that all of your
members are aware of the deadlines for Today, February 23rd. The 4-H Office
will be accepting entries for the District IV 4-H Photography Contest and Denton
County 4-H Roundup.
District IV 4-H Photography entries need to be mounted, labeled and include
an entrant summary. You will also need to go online to 4-H Connect and enter
before photographs will be submitted. There will be a labeled box in the back
to place entries. There is an extension for this contest
only. If you turn in your paperwork to the 4-H Office today, you may
bring your mounted photographs and summaries to the Wednesday night workshops at
Fair Hall.
Denton County 4-H Roundup entry paperwork and fees need to be turned in
today also. There is a contestant overall summary which needs to be attached,
as well as the individual contest summaries and paperwork. Do not leave
pictures for County Roundup at this time - those will be accepted at
registration on March 7th.
The Extension staff will be mostly out of pocket today with a conference.
Rest assured if you have your paperwork in the office you are good to go. I
will contact you if there are any problems.
