Rules:

Ø     All entries will be judged by a panel of three persons not employed by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.

Ø     All entries become the sole property of Ray Roberts Lake State Park and may be displayed, reproduced, reprinted, published (with credit given), stored or disposed of by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.

Ø     State park entry fees, rules & regulations apply.

Ø     All entries must have photographer's name, mailing address, phone number and/or email address as well as a description of where photo was taken on back of each photo submitted.

Ø    All photographs must be taken on public access areas within the boundaries of Ray Roberts Lake State Park.

Ø    Only contest winners will be personally notified of judging outcome (by May 31, 2009).

Ø    TPWD employees are excluded from entering the contest.

Texas State Park Policies:

It is an offense to willfully mutilate, injure, destroy, pick, cut, or remove any plant life or to harm, harass, disturb, trap, confine, catch, possess, or remove any wildlife, or portions of wildlife from a unit of the state park system.
