I am excited that you have chosen to participate in the Denton County
4-H and Youth Development program. This year we will continue to offer our
members an opportunity to proudly display their 4-H project participation by
purchasing a 4-H Project Patch. These patches may be attached to a previously
earned District Jacket, displayed on a 4-H Award
Banner or placed into a 4-H memory book.
Patches are available for all official 4-H Projects, as identified on the following list. Please fill out and return the bottom portion of this form to the 4-H Office along with $5.00 for each patch selected so that plans can be made for an order. Patches may only be ordered for the 2008-2009 4-H Year and will be available at the 2009 Gold Star Banquet.
