Blackberry Control Demonstration Report 2007

| | Comments (0)

Last month the agents in Smith, Rains, Van Zandt, and Wood Counties held a field day between Quitman and Emory to show the results of our second year of blacberry control efforts.

For 2007, five different herbicides\herbicide combinations were applied at flowering and replicated in three plots. Plots were evaluated at weekly intervals for 6 weeks post treatment.
Results of both the 2006 and 2007 trials can be found on the Smith County Extension office web site http://smith-tx.tamu.edu under 'Publications' and then 'Forages'.
