The Texas Department of Agriculture released information earlier this week via press release about a program called TERP (Texas Emissions Reduction Plan) which was created to improve production efficiency and air quality by replacing older diesel or gasoline-powered engines with newer ones.

Counties which may qualify under TERP are: Bastrop, Bexar, Brazoria, Caldwell, Chambers, Collin, Comal, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Fort Bend, Galveston, Gregg, Guadalupe, Hardin, Harris, Harrison, Hays, Jefferson, Johnson, Kaufman, Liberty, Montgomery, Orange, Parker, Rockwall, Rusk, Smith, Tarrant, Travis, Upshur, Waller, Williamson, and Wilson.
