Humans rely on trees for a multitude of requirements for living and conveniences that enhance the quality of life.  Wildlife and our natural resources rely upon trees as well.  Plan now to attend this seminar if you would like to learn more about trees and the East Texas outdoors.  This seminar is the first in a series that will be held monthly from February to May.

The chapter is planning to hold a training class for new members beginning in September. Attending these monthly seminars will be a great way to learn more about the Master Naturalist program and how you can get involved in this volunteer corps that donated over 1,400 hours of service to the East Texas community in 2008.
