Windows 2000 and Watermarks in WordPerfect

I have a question about WordPerfect 10. I have always been able to us a watermark on documents until I got my new computer last year. I has Windows 2000 on it and now I'm able to print a watermark, but no matter how light I tell it to make it, it prints solid black. Is there anything in any of the patches that will remedy this situation?

SolutionIf she using the MS Windows printer driver or the Driver from the manufacturer of the device. I have noticed that Windows Printer drivers don't always work 100%. That is where I would start.
